1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Additional Agreement: Products, digital content or services provided under a separate agreement in connection with a distance contract.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting outside the scope of their trade, business or profession.

  • Distance Contract: An agreement concluded exclusively by means of distance communication between entrepreneur and consumer.

  • Durable Medium: Any instrument enabling storage of information addressed personally to the recipient in an accessible and unaltered form for the duration necessary.

  • Right of Withdrawal: Consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Withdrawal Period: The calendar period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. Scope and Applicability

These Terms apply to all orders, purchases and legal relationships between the webshop (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you, the customer. Deviating conditions of purchase apply only if and to the extent they have been expressly accepted by us in writing.

3. Offers and Orders

All offers are non-binding and valid while stocks last or for the stated period. By placing an order you accept these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion; we will notify you promptly in the event of refusal.

4. Conclusion of Agreement

An agreement is formed when we confirm your order in writing or by email and you have complied with any specified preconditions.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without reason within 14 days after receipt of the goods by notifying us via durable medium (e.g., email). To exercise this right, the withdrawal notice must include clear identification of the order and your intent to withdraw.

6. Costs of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received—including standard delivery charges—within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the items, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods

  • Perishable items or goods liable to expire rapidly

  • Sealed digital content once opened for health or hygiene reasons

8. Prices and Payment

Prices listed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may adjust prices at any time, but price changes do not affect contracts already concluded. Payment is due in full at the time of order, using the methods displayed on our site.

9. Delivery and Performance

We endeavor to deliver within the stated timeframes. Delivery dates are indicative; delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you without undue delay.

10. Conformity and Warranty

We warrant that delivered goods meet the agreed specifications and are free from defects. You must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects within a reasonable period.

11. Long-Term Agreements

For agreements with ongoing supplies, the initial term and renewal provisions will be specified in the contract. Contracts longer than one year may be terminated by either party after one year with at most one month’s notice.

12. Complaints Handling

Please submit any complaints in writing. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and strive to resolve your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hong Kong court where the webshop is located.

14. Amendments and Deviating Provisions

We may amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Any deviating provisions apply only if confirmed by us in writing.
